As more and more people find themselves struggling to meet their regular repayments on financial commitments it has lead to a rise in the number of people who now have a less than perfect credit rating. Due to banks making it harder to get accepted for finance and as people's credit ratings get worse it makes it so much harder to actually be accepted for loans and credit.
Globally, we depend on credit. The entire world seems to be run on credit and as such, when things went wrong with the economy it is no wonder that the knock on effect of the credit crunch are affecting more and more people every day.
Maybe this is why we are beginning to see new adverse credit products appear on the market. Payday loans, although popular in the USA, were almost unheard of just a few short years ago in the UK yet today the number of payday loan companies seems to increase every day as the demand for this product continues to grow.
And while 'bad credit car finance' offers seemed to have been around for many years there is now a variation of that product which is starting to appear. It isn't hard to see why this new type of financial product has emerged. As more and more people are made redundant there will be a surge of people becoming self employed and starting new businesses.
Regular jobs can no longer be seen as offering long term employment security which is a complete U turn as it was always believed that being self employed was a risky thing to do and having a regular job was a much safer option. The recent global recession has changed all of that and people are adapting.
And it is this change which has now brought about an opportunity for finance companies to offer adverse credit specifically for people looking to purchase a commercial vehicle such as a van, mini bus or 4x4 pick up. It would be wise to assume that the finance companies who offer this type of adverse credit product will be very well positioned as more and more people begin to search for this specific product as they begin their journey of being self employed.
